Thank you for shopping with Relife Vintage. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy. Please note that there are slight differences between our domestic and international shipping procedures.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your package's size, weight, and delivery destination. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints.
Domestic packages are typically shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats Express.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Relife Vintage is not liable for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged product as they may be required for the claims process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Delivery times may vary and occasional delays can occur.
International orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or Asendia, depending on location and package size.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses
Relife Vintage ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. It will include your tracking number(s), which typically activate within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Relife Vintage is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred during or after shipping. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Relife Vintage does not accept liability for international orders that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
